I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
1. Reward Activities
● Develop and lead the company's total reward strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market competitiveness.
● Oversee the design and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
● Collaborate with leaders to align total reward programs with talent management and organizational goals.
● Represent the total rewards team in all compensation matters, such as market midpoint analysis, the structure of local incentive plan designs, and the support of the global bonus program process.
● Plan and direct the implementation of all benefit plans.
● Partner with the HR team and leadership to review all total reward packages.
2. Budgeting & Analyst
● Establish yearly budget & reconcile data monthly with Finance to ensure accuracy.
● Assess the effectiveness of current programs to the company objectives and implement change where necessary.
● Work closely with TRs Manager on large HR-related projects involving data analysis, cost simulation...
3. HR Project
● Lead & participate in the HR software project as a team member.
● Monitor and control system interfaces (payroll, time management, HRIS, etc.)
● Provide effective project planning and ensure project delivery on time and to the required standard

● A strong knowledge of Job Evaluation principles and benchmarking methodologies is essential.

● Exceptional attention to detail is required for this role.
● Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
● The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is a skill that is required for this role.
