Job Description

  1. Promotional Program Development:
    • Develop and propose monthly and quarterly promotional programs tailored to the MT channel.
    • Ensure timely execution of promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness.
  2. Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in the MT channel.
    • Develop strategies to increase market share and brand presence in MT
  3. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to align trade marketing strategies with sales objectives.
    • Provide sales teams with necessary marketing materials and support to achieve targets.
  4. POSM Management:
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to ensure timely and effective delivery.
    • Ensure POSM materials are aligned with brand guidelines and promotional strategies.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Manage trade marketing budgets for the MT channel, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Track and report on the performance of trade marketing activities against budget.
  6. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and internal teams.
    • Act as a point of contact for trade marketing inquiries and issues within the MT channel.
  7. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular reports on trade marketing activities, including performance metrics and ROI analysis.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of trade marketing strategies.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
