JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Leader to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective trade marketing strategies, driving growth and market expansion for our brands across retail, B2B, and Horeca channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Strategic Planning:
● Lead the Trade Marketing team to develop and execute effective trade marketing strategies for retail, B2B, and Horeca and other assigned channels. Ensure alignment and coordination across channels for maximum results.
● Develop and implement trade marketing plans tailored to each channel, ensuring brand presence and visibility.
● Build and manage an effective trade marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve objectives.
2. Brand Activation:
● Create innovative and engaging trade marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure successful campaign execution.
● Develop and implement promotional activities, displays, and events to enhance brand presence at retail outlets.
● Ensure adherence to industry regulations and guidelines for all trade marketing activities to be balance with company risk possibilities.
3. Partner Development:
● Collaborate with B2B team to build and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. Ensure their satisfaction and strong collaboration.
● Understand the needs and preferences of partners to provide appropriate solutions and support.
● Negotiate and close favorable trade agreements.
4. Analysis & Evaluation:
● Collect, analyze, and evaluate market data, competitor information, and trade marketing performance.
● Prepare regular reports on market trends, operational efficiency, and propose improvements.
● Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.
5. Leadership & Management:
● Lead and manage the trade marketing team, ensuring high performance and employee satisfaction.
● Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
● Foster a positive and innovative work environment.
Job Requirement
JOB REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or channel management.
● Deep understanding of the market and industry.
● Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
● Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in data analysis and management tools.
● Fluency in English (written and spoken).
