Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• As the Executive Assistant, you shall provide responsive, effective and efficient support to the CEO with high level of integrity.
• Do the supporting, monitoring, managing as appointed by CEO
• Implement assigned tasks from Board of Director
• Target identify & opertion plan making for every single department
• Daily activities monitoring & following up to ensure company standard compliance
• Regular report to CEO.

Job Requirement

• At least 3 years experience at the same level at company size > 1000 staf.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong ability of planning, organising, multi-tasking, prioritising and good time management skill
• Great interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
• Smart, proactive, flexible, and able to deal with ad-hoc events
• Logical thinking & broad vision required with good presentation skills
