Trendspotting and Innovation:
- Stay up to date with social media video trends and incorporate them into projects.
- Experiment with creative shooting styles to make content stand out.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in video production, specifically for social media.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in operating video cameras and lighting equipment.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills tailored to short-form content.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Facebook, and emerging video trends.
- Basic understanding of post-production workflows to assist the Video Editor.
