Job Summary Oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of food products, ensuring quality and compliance with safety regulations. Manage the warehouse team and responsible for inventory accuracy, process optimization, and timely receipt, issue to production and FG dispatch. Key Responsibilities Operations Management • Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching food products. • Maintain accurate inventory levels through periodic stock counts and effective inventory control systems. • Ensure timely order fulfillment and distribution in line with production schedules and customer requirements. • Implement and monitor KPIs to measure warehouse performance and efficiency. Compliance and Quality Control • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) and local regulatory requirements. • Oversee proper storage practices and handling to maintain product quality and safety. • Conduct regular audits of warehouse processes to ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Team Leadership • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance. • Provide coaching and conduct performance evaluations to encourage professional growth. Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency. • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, production, logistics) to optimize the supply chain. • Implement and maintain SAP/Fiori and other relevant technologies. Safety and Maintenance • Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and schedule regular maintenance checks. • Conduct safety drills and provide training on emergency procedures and equipment handling.
Job Requirement
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food industry. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP/Fiori , MS excel and MS Powerpoint. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team. • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
