Warehouse Manager

Job Description

1、Establish and optimize PC/MC management processes, operational standards, and regulations, and supervise the implementation of various systems；

2、Calculate and analyze the production capacity of each workshop, organize order reviews, determine order delivery dates, and review production plans based on the production capacity of each workshop at different times；

3、Organize material category safety stock verification, and review material plans based on production plans and material procurement cycles；

4、Analyze the achievement status of the production plan, revise the production plan and material plan arrival time；

5、Summarize the cooperation matters of various departments, organize various production exception discussion meetings, and follow up on the results of exception handling；

6、Responsible for reviewing and revising various management measures such as the comprehensive budget of the department, responsible for team building and management, and carrying out performance management and training for department personnel；

7、Customize warehouse management systems, work processes, work standards, and other related systems based on actual operational situations；

8、Responsible for the overall planning and layout of the warehouse, making reasonable use of space, improving efficiency, planning warehouse locations, verifying warehouse capacity, and providing timely warning reminders；

9、Organize outbound, inbound, and return work, regularly review inventory related reports and system data；

10、Assist the quality inspection department in inspecting incoming goods；

11、Regularly organize warehouse inventory, complete inventory reports, and submit them for financial review；

12、Develop warehouse 6S inspection standards, implement daily 6S inspections and rewards and punishments；

13、Organize and follow up on departmental routine report data statistics, review and analyze data；

14、Integrate daily report data and submit regular reports within the specified timeframe；

15、Coordinate the work connection between our department and other departments；

16、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

Experience Requirement：

More than 5 years of experience as a PMC manager, preferably with solid wood furniture related experience

Knowledge、Skill Requirement：

- More than 5 years of experience in PMC&warehouse management in solid wood and wooden furniture enterprises, leading the implementation of the "Level 3" plan in furniture factories, proficient in using ERP software and functions.

- Proficient in using basic office software, familiar with ERP system, and familiar with 6S management

Personal Quality Requirement：

- Has strong affinity and plan execution ability.

- Clear logical thinking, the ability to collect, organize, analyze data, and build a planning database, sensitive to numbers, and able to detect production data anomalies in a timely manner.

- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to handle unexpected abnormal affairs in a timely and effective manner.

- Has a strong sense of work responsibility and effectively controls waste in the production process
