- Monthly Salary: 14M ~ 16M

<Position Objective/Expectation >
Using machining centers and other equipment, this is a site where a small quantity of many different products are machined, and where different products are machined every day. This is one of the top-class precision processing plants in the South.

<Job Responsibilities>
‐ Instruct subordinates in machining center operation
- Control and evaluate to manufacturing organization
- Manage production area according to the production plan
- Manage manufacturing field and improve and maximize productivity from existing equipment and available manpower
‐ Manage and report on progress and delays in plans.
- Analyze and implement new plans to ensure better results following the quality standards
- Report to the Manager all results such as production results and product quality
- Other related tasks assigned by the Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese Intermediate level
・Experience:
- Having 4 years of experience in the Machine parts Processing Industry
‐ Management experience (Team size is not required)
‐ Be able to use the Machining center (Machine for processing)
・Others:
‐ Strong leadership
‐ Responsible management regardless of age
‐ Serious and able to express your own opinions
