Mô tả Công việc

- Work Location: Phu My Town, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

- Monthly Salary: 18M ~ 22M VND Gross

<Job Responsibilities>
- Analyze and track utility processes, analyzing monthly energy consumption and operation cost, optimizing equipment and process performance.
- Provide technical assistance related to operation expertise.
- Manage goals and results, and seek continuous process improvement.
- Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality.
- Manage Human Resources (lead teams, train and develop operators, working plan, vacations, day-off, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)
- Distribute tasks to utility technicians, operators

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical, Refrigeration
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: Having 5 years of relevant experience in the utilities process

<Preferred Skills>
・Experience in Food or Beverage manufacturing
・Coffee manufacturing is a big plus
