- Monthly Salary: 32,5M ~ 40M VND Gross

<Job Responsibilities>
- Hands-on management: Will be directly involved in sales activities.
- Future leadership: Expected to eventually oversee the entire sales department.
- It is important to do steady work such as visiting customers and making proposals.
- Customer management: Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business.
- Product proposals: Propose construction materials to potential clients.
- Quotations and contracts: Handle quotations and contract negotiations.
- Team development: Mentor and develop team members.
- Reporting and strategy: Report to supervisor and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Language: Japanese or English for internal communication.
・Experience:
- 5 years experience in sales of construction materials (trading companies, manufacturers, furniture, interior construction, homebuilders)
-  Have leadership or management experience.
・Personality: Ability to persevere in challenging environments.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in developing sales strategies
・Experience in developing sales strategies.
・Japanese Business level
