<Job Responsibilities>
The key tasks and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement HR and Admin plans and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Develop and monitor overall HR and admin plans, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Maintain employees’ benefits and engagement programs.
- Manage and monitor training programs of all departments across the company.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource and admin management.
- Oversee and ensure the quality of administrative operation, security, cleaning service, Health Safety Responsibility
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: University Degree
- Language Skills: English - Business Level
- Experiences:
・Proven 3 years of working experience as an HR and Admin Specialist/ Manager
・In-depth knowledge of Vietnam labor law and HR and Admin best practices.
・Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
・Knowledge of HR and Admin systems and databases for manufacturing
