<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the production line (precision machining), ensuring the achievement of KPIs including workplace safety, quality, delivery time, productivity, and production tooling costs.
- Set action targets for the team.
- Implement and propose improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Conduct training and correct errors for team management staff.
- Monitor and remind team members of compliance with internal regulations and production processes.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance.
- Recommend changes to the team's organizational structure to establish a better management system.
- Report all department-related issues.

<仕事内容>
・精密加工の生産ラインを管理し、安全、品質、納期、生産性、生産用工具コストなどのKPI達成を確実にする。
・チームの行動目標を設定する。
・生産効率向上のための改善策を実施・提案する。
・チーム管理スタッフに対する教育や誤りの是正を行う。
・チームメンバーが社内規則や生産工程を遵守しているか監視し、注意喚起を行う。
・従業員のパフォーマンスを監視・評価する。
・より良い管理体制を確立するためにチームの組織構造の変更を提案する。
・部門に関わる問題をすべて報告する。

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 29 - 35
・Gender: Male
・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical - Electronic, Automation,..
・Language: Japanese - Business Level OR English - Business Level
・Experience:
- Having 5 years of experience working in a mechanical processing manufacturing plant and at least 3 years in a production line management position.
- Has experience in production process improvement activities.
・Knowlege and Skills:
- Has knowledge of NC and CNC machining.
- Knows and can apply 7 quality management tools and data analysis.
- Understands Kaizen and 5S.
- Well-organized, with good planning and progress management skills.
