- Work Location: District 01, HCMC

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Internal legal consultant;
2. Communication with any legal firm contract;
3. Preparation of any legal documents (Template of contract, documents for MC meeting…);
4. Review of any legal documents requested by EBOD;
5. Arrangement for license obtainment & amendment;
6. Bureau for compliance issues;
7. Update of any related regulation changes;
8. Translation of official documents;
9. Cooperating with relevant Dept. for bad debt collection or legal issue solving (e.g. attending court, negotiating with the competent authorities);
10. Others related to legal matters and when requested.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Requirements>
- Education: Bachelor / Master's degree in Commercial / Economic Law or relevant (Priority will be given to candidates graduating from HCMC Uni. of Law).
- Language: English - Business Level (Good communication skills and self-management abilities; ability for translating VN Contract to ENG or vice versa)
- Experience: Must have working experience related to Commercial / Economic Law (experience working as legal staff for more than 02 years for enterprises and more than 02 years for law office/firm).
- Lawyer Practicing Certificate is a must.
