Position: Legal - Internal Audit Staff - Trading/ Nhân viên Kiểm toán Pháp lý nội bộ - ngành Thương mại

- Working location: Tien Du, Bac Ninh

- Monthly Salary: 27,000,000～30,000,000VND

Responsibility
・Design and propose the annual internal audit plan and responsibility for executing the internal audit
・Implement internal audit, and identify any risk related to management and compliance. Conduct risk assessments that affect the company's business.
・Report on the risk that is identified based on the audit program.
・Follow-up action plans are defined at departments to make sure that action plans will be implemented effectively to minimize risks for the Company
・Check and maintain compliance with policies and procedures based on legal and company policies
・Assist with the investigation of significant suspected fraudulent activity in the company as requested and report the results to Management and BOD
・Coordinate with other Divisions to monitor and control risk management, compliance, security legal, and external audit. ・Support and advise BOD and other Department managers to systemize and strengthen their management control and compliance to prevent risk.
・To prepare (draft) and review all the contracts
・Do other related work as required.

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Language: English Business Level
・Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Legal/ Internal Audit Executive (Prefer in Trading Business).

<Preferred personality>
・Hardworking, careful, good communication
・Ability analytical and logical thinking, ability to adapt to change quickly, and multi-task.
