Responsibility

・Create regulations, procedures, etc. for the department in charge, and set goals

・Manage the machining line (progress, quality, 4M changes, etc.)

・Manage departmental cost

・Measure and initiative to prevent defective products

・Manage machine tools, automation, measuring instruments, etc.

・Manage, guide, and educate subordinates (train and instruct local workers and subordinates in factory (setup changes, blade replacement, measurement methods, inspection methods, etc.))

・Translate Japanese procedure manuals and standards into Vietnamese and create procedure manuals

・Create standards (procedure documents: work procedures, work standards, quality standards, condition tables, etc.) in Excel

・Other related tasks as assigned (based on instructions from superiors)

・担当部門の規定、手順書等の作成、目標設定

・機械加工ラインの管理（進捗、品質、４M変更、他）

・部門原価管理

・不良品防止為の対策と取組み

・工作機械、自動化、測定器等の管理

・部下の管理、指導、教育

・日本の手順書・標準書をベトナム語に翻訳して手順書を作成する

・標準類の作成（手順書類：作業手順書・作業標準・品質基準・条件表など）

・その他（上司の指示に基づく）

Requirements

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: College degree or higher
・Gender: Male only
・Age: 30-45 
・Language: Japanese Conversational Level (from N3)
・Experience: 
- Experience using NC machine tools and have experience with changeovers
- Experience using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Can read processing drawings (2D) and understand dimensional tolerances
- Can use Excel, Word, and email on a computer
- Have on-site managerial experience and management skills
- Can educate and instruct local workers and subordinates at the factory (setup changes, blade replacement, measurement methods, inspection methods, etc.)
- Can manage members
＜Preferable Experience＞
・Have on-site managerial experience and management skills
・Experienced in machining at stainless steel product factories
・Experience in 2D CAD (people who can create jig drawings and assembly drawings)
・Can decipher the machining method and origin position by looking at the machining programs of NC machine tools
・Can create machining programs for NC machine tools by looking at machining drawings
・Experience using 3D measuring machines
・Inspect machine tools (spindle runout, backlash, rattle) and find abnormalities
・Understand the geometric tolerances of machining drawings
・Experience in starting up new machine tools
