<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise and take overall responsibility for the activities of Sales Department. Ensure the work in accordance with the Company's standard procedures.
- Develop and perfect sea freight services and be in charge of service quotations.
- Maintain good relationships with customers, regularly support the necessary information for existing customer,s and develop new customers.
- Responsible for sale targets, market share, growth rate, annual operating budget and customer satisfaction through managing and operating sales staff in accordance with the Company's business plan.
- Participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of business plans, marketing, and work processes to achieve or exceed monthly and annual goals.
- Plan and develop the Department & Personnel
- Perform other tasks as required by the BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Graduated from College/University with relevant majors. 
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experiene: 3 years of Sales experience in companies related to logistics & forwarder, of which a minimum of 2 years of management in a similar position. 
+ Having some knowledge of the business of Logistics, Trade, Import and Export, Customs 
+ Communication, negotiation, persuasion, analysis, synthesis, planning and implementation skills.
