129984 - Safety Construction Engineer - Construction

- Working location: Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～25,000,000VND

Job Responsibilities
1. Safety Management (Main Responsibility)

• Prepare and update work procedures
• Conduct risk assessments (identify potential hazards in advance)
• Establish and implement safety standards and site rules

2. Site Patrol & Supervision

• Conduct site patrols (check PPE usage and work methods)
• Provide corrective instructions for unsafe work practices
• Guide and manage subcontractors and workers on safety matters

3. Training & Awareness

• Provide safety training for new site entrants and workers
• Organize regular safety training sessions
• Promote KY activities (hazard prediction activities)

4. Incident Handling & Prevention

• Analyze causes of accidents and near-miss incidents
• Develop and implement preventive measures
• Prepare safety-related reports

5. Construction Management (Partial)

• Support construction management for factory projects (MEP works)
• Assist in scheduling, progress, and quality control
• Coordinate and instruct subcontractors
• Review construction drawings (at comprehension level)

6. Others

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language: English - Intermediate level
・Experience: Experience in construction or construction management at a factory or construction sites, with hands-on experience in safety management
・Personal Attributes:

• Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility
• Ability to oversee and understand the overall site situation
• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing improvements
• Good communication skills with workers and subcontractors
