130561 - Tax Accountant - Consulting Firm

RGF's Client - Japanese company in Consulting industry - is looking for a Tax Accountant to handle accounting operations, prepare tax declarations and tax finalization reports, ensure tax compliance, support audits, and provide accounting & tax services for FDI clients.

• Working Location: Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: Up to 30,000,000 VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries, revenue, expenses, receivables/payables, and bank transactions
• Reconcile accounting data and ensure accuracy
• Support the preparation of financial and management reports
• Prepare periodic tax declarations (VAT, PIT, contractor tax, etc.)
• Prepare annual CIT finalization documents
• Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure compliance
• Support tax inspections and audits
• Handle accounting documents and records for FDI clients
• Prepare tax documents and filings for clients
• Provide basic tax support to clients
• Maintain and organize accounting and tax records

Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related field
・Language: English - Internal communication
・Experience: 

• Tax Agent Certificate (Chứng chỉ đại lý thuế)
• 2–3 years of accounting/tax experience
• Knowledge of tax regulations and accounting for FDI companies
• Experience using accounting software such as MISA or FAST Accounting
• Good Excel skills

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Accounting Practice Certificate
• Experience in FDI companies
• Experience in accounting/tax service firms
• Experience supporting tax audits and inspections
