131194 - Senior Associate Researcher - Advisory Service

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the Advisory Service industry - is looking for a Senior Associate Researcher to conduct market research and analysis, prepare research reports and client deliverables, lead assigned research workstreams, support project due diligence and execution, and provide guidance and review support for junior researchers.

• Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence & Analysis

• Collect, verify, maintain, and analyze market data across relevant business areas. 
• Conduct primary and secondary research, including interviews, surveys, and site visits when required.
• Analyze supply-demand dynamics, pricing, absorption, yield, investment trends, and relevant regulatory 

- Deliverables & Reporting 

• Complete final market research reports, periodic reports, and other assigned analytical deliverables as the primary person in charge. 
• Prepare well-structured market analysis, data-driven insights, and presentation materials for internal and external use, including client-facing materials where required. 
• Ensure all assigned deliverables are accurate, complete, and submitted on time in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards. 

- Project Execution & Coordination

• Lead assigned research workstreams by coordinating with internal teams and relevant external parties on scope, data requirements, timelines, and deliverables. 
• Support overall due diligence and project execution by providing research inputs and completing assigned analytical outputs. 
• Report progress, issues, and risks to supervisors promptly.

- Team Support 

• Provide work guidance to junior staff on research tasks at least once per month and follow up on progress where required. 
• Review junior staff outputs for accuracy, structure, and completeness within assigned workstreams.

- Other Duties 

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Language: English - Business level (internal and external use)
- Experience: 

• 3-5 years of experience in research, consulting, real estate market analysis, or related fields.
• As focusing primarily on real estate investments, candidates with experience will be given priority.
• Experience in investment-related research is preferred.

- Skill

• Advanced market research and analytical skills.
• Market database design and maintenance.
• Preparation of market reports, analysis models, and presentation materials.
• Understanding of real estate market indicators and regulatory developments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Human Skill

• Communication and networking skills to build relationships with industry stakeholders and gather first-hand market intelligence related to real estate investments.
• Ability to communicate progress and key issues to supervisors.
•  Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
•  Ability to provide guidance to junior staff and follow up on their progress.
•  Ability to maintain accuracy and quality of deliverables.
