131561 - Sales staff - Chemical / Pharmaceutical

RGF's Client - a Japanese trading company in the Chemical / Pharmaceutical industry - is looking for a Sales Staff to develop and maintain customer relationships, handle sales of pharmaceutical raw materials and healthcare-related products, coordinate import/export operations, manage orders and inventory, and support business development activities.

• Working Location: Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 17M ~ 30M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Sales of pharmaceutical raw materials, pharmaceutical products, supplement ingredients, and healthcare-related products
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
• Coordinate import/export procedures and logistics arrangements
• Monitor and manage inventory levels
• Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Communicate with overseas suppliers and group companies regarding orders and shipments
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Support business development related to pharmaceutical, supplement, and healthcare products
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Business-level English
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, supplement, chemical, or related industries
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products or pharmaceutical raw materials

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Sales or business development experience
• Knowledge of import/export
• Diligent and proactive personality
