131774 - Sales Staff - Trading

RGF's Client - Japanese company - is looking for Sales Staff to develop and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and achieve sales targets while contributing to the company's sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

• Working Location: Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 17,000,000～21,000,000VND

• Understand our company’s sales plan and prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Gather market information/customer demand to inform strategy development
• Conduct market research to identify and develop potential customers
• Schedule appointments and visit customers (both potential and existing) to secure inquiries
• Check relevant trading conditions and regulations for transactions
• Regularly communicate with customers to follow up on sales activities and address customer requests
• Share market, customer, and transactional information within the sales team and with all related parties
• Manage the sales process for steel import/export and domestic trade transactions
  

・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Language: English - Business level proficiency
・Experience: 

• 3 years of B2B sales experience in Trading company
• Have import and export task experieince

・Soft Skills: Motivated to work in a sales role

• Experience in the steel industry (experience with plated materials is a plus)
• Chinese - Business Level (language allowance available)
• Leader experience
