132313 - Quality Assurance Supervisor - Foods

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the food manufacturing industry - is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee food safety and quality management systems, ensure compliance with international food safety standards, lead internal and external audits, manage quality and food safety issues, develop QA procedures and SOPs, and supervise factory quality assurance operations.

• Working Location: Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Job Responsibilities

• Managing food safety standards (e.g., BRC, FSSC22000, IFS/SQF/FSMA).
• Organizing and conducting internal audits based on international food safety standards (BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, FSMA).
• Inspecting, monitoring, and reporting on departmental compliance with Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the quality/food safety management system.
• Reading and interpreting EU food safety legislation and FDA documents.
• Leading and managing external audit teams from certification bodies.
• Handling customer complaints, particularly those concerning quality and food safety.
• Addressing internal non-conformities related to quality and food safety.
• Performing data analysis and preparing reports based on findings.
• Researching and studying technical documentation on quality and food safety topics.
• Writing and developing procedures and SOPs in the domain of quality and food safety.
• Supervising quality and food safety operations within the factory.
• Preparing and submitting reports to management and other relevant departments.

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working QA/QC related in the food field
• Leadership experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement in process and system is an advantage.
• Knowledge about pest control is an advantage.
• A background in food technology is an advantage.
