132500 - Technical Sales Manager - Steel

RGF's Client – Japanese company in the steel industry – is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to lead technical sales activities, manage customer relationships, coordinate with technical teams and suppliers, develop new sales opportunities, support project execution, and drive business growth with Vietnamese customers.

• Working Location: Phu My (Prefer) or Ho Chi Minh Office
• Monthly Salary: High salary / Negotiable in the interview

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and conclude all business transactions with Vietnamese customers, in coordination with in-house technical teams and/or outsourcing suppliers
• Daily communicate with customers to follow up with all enquiries/ orders/ projects and initiate the sale opportunity proactively, such as spares, revamp, modernization projects
• Ensure all documents are properly translated between English & Vietnamese, to convey clearly the meaning to recipients
• Attend and actively participate in industry conferences
• Considerable business travel (domestic and international) required
• Others duty assigned by direct manager

• Education: Bachelor's with a technical degree (mechanical, material science, or electrical automation engineering)
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience: At least 3-5 years in selling equipment & service to steel (bar / wire rod & HRC) plant operation
• Expertise in steel mill activities is essential
• Good at Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, hungry for success
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Good relationship and experience in working with steel plants is prioritized
