132555 - [HCM] Sales Staff - Construction

RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the construction industry - is looking for a Sales Staff to develop sales opportunities for factory construction projects, build and maintain relationships with Japanese and foreign manufacturing clients, prepare project proposals and sales presentations, negotiate contracts, conduct market research, and coordinate with internal teams to support project execution.

• Working Location: Tang Nhon Phu B Ward, Thu Duc City
• Monthly Salary: 23M ~ 26M VND Gross

Job Responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for factory construction projects
• Developing and maintaining relationships with Japanese and foreign clients in the manufacturing sector
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals for construction projects
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and projects
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop project proposals
• Maintaining accurate sales records and project documentation

• Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Business and Marketing
• English - Business level
• At least 3 years of experience at Sales and Marketing position
• Experience in sales in the industrial zone
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with Japanese and foreign clients
• Possesses strong presentation skills, including proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
• Ability to record information effectively and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) reports

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Japanese language skill
• Experience working with companies from USA, Europe, Australia, or Singapore/Malaysia (trading, construction, or consulting firms)
