134925 - Architect Coordinator - Construction

RGF's Client - Japanese design and construction company - is looking for an Architect Coordinator to coordinate architectural design development from concept to construction drawings while ensuring design consistency and resolving project issues.

• Working Location: Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable
• Job Responsibilities:
• Follow project requirements and guidance to develop and prepare design documentation and 3D models from Concept Design through Basic Design, Technical Design, and Construction Drawings
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and other project stakeholders to ensure design consistency
• Develop architectural and interior design concepts, 3D models, renderings, presentations, and other analysis documents
• Participate in site investigations and prepare records to establish the Scope of Work based on project requirements
• Join design review meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project team.
• Support the resolution of design-related issues during project execution and construction phases
• Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure the timely completion of design packages
• Perform other design-related duties and responsibilities as assigned

Necessary Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Language: English - Business-level English for coordination with international clients and teams
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience of Architectural Coordinator, including:
  •  Experience in architectural design coordination and project management
  • Proficiency in Revit - BIM (main tool to make the design drawings & 3D model)
  • Proficiency in rendering and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 
  •  Ability to participate in site investigations and prepare detailed records
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders
  • Willingness for occasional business travel to other provinces and overseas
