135053 - Sales Staff - Plastics

RGF's Client - Japanese company in the engineering plastics industry - is looking for Sales Staff to drive sales growth by identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting plastic raw material solutions to achieve business objectives.

• Working Location: Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 25,000,000 ～ 27,000,000VND
• Job Responsibilities:
  - Take part in sales activities for assigned segments, including market surveys and identification of customer needs and sales strategies.
  - Build, maintain, and develop customer systems.
  - Propose product and service introductions and consultations to customers.
  - Participate in networking events, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and customer visits for sales prospecting.
  - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  - Perform other tasks as required by the manager.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: Business-level English is a must
• Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience working as a B2B Sales Staff in the plastics resins field, chemical industry, or related field
• Ability to think strategically
• Effective influencer and collaborator
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Team player mindset with high energy level
• Strong analytical skills
• Detailed, organized, and systematic
• Strong initiative and drive for results
• Customer-focused
• Able to work in a diverse and multicultural team setting
• Able to go on business trips (domestic and overseas)

Preferable Skill/ Experience:

• Chinese language skills are preferable.
• Experience in B2B sales within the plastics resins field, chemical industry, or a related field is preferred.
