A 3D Designer's primary responsibility is to create 3D models and renderings of furniture designs according to the requirements of the R&D Development department. To support the R&D team in making realistic 3D renderings, surfaces, materials, and textures should be as realistic and high quality as possible. The 3D Designer needs to work with the photographer to set up studio or factory field lighting, take photos with DSLR cameras, and edit the images using Photoshop software.
Continuous communication with the product development engineer about sample status as well as work with the R&D team on 3D standards and requirements.
Communicate with the R&D and Communication team for new product images.
Needs to be able to understand and convert concepts into high-quality 3D visualizations.
Create 3D models, textures, and materials for furniture and home décor.
