There are 4 main focus areas for the role

1. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of new 3D Rendering software and footwear manufacture.

2. Create and manage 3D rendering upper and bottom footwear models, making best practice manual and short cut document.

3. Maintain departmental rendering standards and equipment based on adidas MVP guideline.

4. Understanding of physical footwear products making process from cutting to assembly process.

Duties & responsibilities

1. In-conjunction with DD Mgr seasonally manage adidas Core & Running Digital 3D article creation.

2. Understand of adidas BOM construction and access to PDM adidas PDM system and convert it to create VBOM.

3. Well understanding and demonstration of the UV un mapping using MODO/ MOJO software.

4. With co-mgr, Well organizing and planning the article creation lead time based on season schedule. Self time management skill.

5. In-conjunction with 3D modeling, material creation team, schedule up the fluid article creation schedule, time line.

6. Study physical product creation process, Cutting/ Stitching/ Assembly and Material properties & descripes.

7. With DCVR Dir / co-mgr and HSE Dev Dir. Successfully integrate CORE DCVR to CORE Dev.

8. Keep team abreast of all new and necessary software.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.    Minimum 2 years Development, Material related experience.

2.    Minimum 2 technical shoemaking background in Footwear uppers and bottoms.

3.    Minimum 2 years 3D design software experience (Preferred 3D Rendering).

4.    Demonstrate Design, Proportion and Shoemaking sensitivity.  

5.    Demonstrate passion and knowledge of multi industry Digital Creation systems.

6.    Excellent Communication and organizational skills.

7.    English proficiency is preferred.

8.    Knowledge of HSV / Brand Development communication channels are a distinct benefit.  Creative and organizational skills to be used to determine how to gather necessary information in order to complete the assignment.
