Introduction:

Supply & Logistics Excellence Trainee (SET) is the biggest AB InBev’s talent program for manufacturing field, which aims to attract and develop outstanding STEM background graduates to help them grow rapidly into future experts and leaders in the field of supply chain and logistics through comprehensive and effective training & coaching, broad & ample career development opportunities, and sustained high-level attention from management.

SET program highlights:

• One-year paid training program

• Structured rotation and training across functional in specific operations team and personal development areas as well as leadership challenging projects

• Final year student or graduate student with no more than 2 years full-time working experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, prioritizing majors in Control and automation engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Smart Factory, AI, Digitalization, etc.

• Proficient in English: Listening, speaking, reading, and writing

• High potential, willing to accept and strive for opportunities for cross-national, cross-regional, and cross-departmental job transfers

• Enthusiastic, energetic, good at communication and cooperation

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and highly responsible

• Able to start full-time job in December 2024.
