Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management:
- Manage a team of workers in charge of the following tasks:
o Install insulation (pins, rockwool, cladding).
o Adjust in workshop and install on the vessel’s accommodation bulkheads and ceilings panels.
o Install on board all accommodation floors (floating floors, vinyl, etc.).
o Adjust in workshop and install on the vessels all the ship furniture and accommodation equipment (for bathrooms, galleys, bedrooms, lounges, etc.).
2. Other Duties:
- Achieve demanding targets in HSE, timekeeping and cost, ensuring a world-class quality level.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree within Naval, Marine or Mechanical engineer.
· Experience:
o People management and work organization
o High standard accommodation works (4-star hotels, resorts, etc.).
o Carpentry (woodwork, light panels work, furniture fabrication).
o Floor installation (vinyl, tiling, carpets, etc.).
o Insulation (rockwool & cladding).
· Skills & Competencies:
o Fluent in spoken and written English
o Basic computer and AutoCAD knowledge.
o Careful mind-set focused on highest quality standard.
