· Overall processing of the order: quotation, order creation via TÜV Rheinland systems and tools or clients’ systems if required.
· Travel arrangements for on-site inspection team.
· Follow up equipment status with related team.
· Order necessary equipment for inspection team.
· Monthly Data Summary Records
· Prepare the required documents, preparation, implementing and approving status.
· Communicate and coordinate with internal/ external parties to assure the projects are planned, prepared and conducted timely and smoothly in compliance with all applicable requirements.
· Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by supervisor.
· At least 01-year experience in administrative or customer service role.
· Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
· Good command of both spoken and written English, MS office.
· Good communication
· Good time and project management skills.
· Good problem solving, statistic.
