AR-AP Specialist

• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensure payment is in an accurately and timely basis.
• Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems by performing reconciliation of payments and customer accounts and preparing monthly analytical reports.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.
• Responding to vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, and adhere to company financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Continue to improve the payment process.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirement：

• Degree in Accounting/ Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferable in manufacturing industry.
• roficient in PC knowledge including, Microsoft Excel & Words and Accounting software.
• Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Experience in ERP software is an advantage.
