Assistant Technical Manager (Chemical Laboratory)

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Technical Manager to provide technical leadership and support laboratory operations. This role will drive technical excellence, ensure compliance with ISO standards, support method development, and coordinate training and audit activities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders while ensuring alignment of testing methods and technical requirements across laboratories.
• Lead internal technical training programs, conduct technical audits, and support external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Monitor regulations, buyer requirements, and industry standards; coordinate inter-laboratory activities and analyze technical results.
• Investigate and resolve technical complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Support new testing developments, R&D projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory capabilities.
• Ensure timely and effective technical support for business units while driving technical projects and decision-making.
