Mô tả Công việc

  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insight
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the company
  • Devise innovative brand communication campaigns
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
  • Anticipate risks for timely handling measures
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
  • Plaining and schedules for brands building that you are assigned to be in charge of.
  • Plan and implement marketing plans for brands.
  • Investigate and competitor analysis as well as opportunities based on market realities, customer trends and development goals of competitors.
  • Connect your brand's operations with sales and other departments effectively.
  • Coordinate closely with teams (design, operation) and agents of the Company to implement timely activities.
  • Supervise brand implementation, sales implementation, market demand analysis to propose appropriate actions.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
  • Being able to communicate in English is an advantage
  • At least 2 years experience in the same position, within dietary supplement, especially in the category of haircare, hair skin nails products
  • Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
  • Presentation, outstanding communication skills and team management skills
  • Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data P&L Management
