1. Strategic Planning & Business Growth

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of real estate market trends and conditions.

• Prepare budgets, investment strategies, and comprehensive business plans for submission to GD and BOD.

• Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and propose strategies to enhance business performance.

2. Investor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Prepare agendas and materials for BOD and General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).

• Meet with potential investors, present opportunities (divestments, sales), and provide recommendations to GD/BOD.

• Advise senior management on real estate matters and regulatory updates affecting projects and the company.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with Land Management on land compensation and related matters.

• Coordinate with Design and Construction teams on tenders and contracts.

• Partner with Sales & Marketing to develop campaigns, conduct customer surveys, and recommend product positioning.

4. Reporting & Leadership

• Report on business progress, customer needs, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

• Train, mentor, and support junior team members.

• Perform other duties as assigned by GD and BOD.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or Real Estate;

• Professional license/certifications in real estate are an advantage;

• Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Vietnam;

• Fluent English for working with foreign directors and managers;

• Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills;

• Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing environments;

• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of work.
