Develop and execute Business plan to acquire targeted merchants to acquire new user and GMV from Digital Services
Analyze and evaluate the market, and competitors to initiate proposals for new products & new business model development.
Collaborate with Product team to raise request to optimize business performance and user experience.
Keep track of all related business operation processes to ensure the business quality and problem-solving.
Business reports and assessment, analyze problems and provide solutions to promote business.
Communicate with clients/ stakeholders whenever needed to best understand the product, requirements, processes, key pain points to bring the best business solution.
Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximized

Bachelor degree of Economics, Marketing, and Finance.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development and working in Fintech, Consumer Finance, Travel/Hospitality.... industry is a plus.
Good teamwork skillset, progressive and dedicated.
Proactive in negotiation, problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business. Demonstrated experience negotiating outcomes with business partners.
Embraces change and adapts to new company initiatives/directions with flexibility.
Uses data available to keep up to date on performance and current business trends.
