ABOUT US
TNE Global is an Australian-founded education company specializing in transnational education (TNE) partnerships. We work closely with leading universities worldwide to deliver flexible, high-quality international education opportunities for students while fostering sustainable growth for our institutional partners. With offices in Australia, China, Thailand, and Vietnam, we are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to further expand our network of education partners and strengthen international student recruitment.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with universities, colleges, agents, and other educational institutions.
• Develop new relationships with strategic partners, agents, and affiliates to grown business and expand TNE Global’s network.
• Maintain and nurture existing partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Plan and execute initiatives to support international student recruitment and university brand awareness.
• Represent partner universities in education fairs, study abroad events, and high school visits.
• Deliver engaging and informative content for digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to support recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with internal and university teams to identify market trends and recruitment opportunities.
• Provide reports on performance and business outcomes on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis or as requested by the Director.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–4 years of prior experience in business development or international student recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English and Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus).
• Proven track record in developing successful partnerships or business initiatives
• Strong network within the education sector (schools, agents, universities).
• Familiarity with international education markets, especially in Asia (China, Japan, Korea, etc.), is an advantage.
• Highly independent, self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required by business needs.
