• Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify business opportunities and issues, and understand unmet needs for business expansion.
• Develops and delivers a sales strategy for the market. Researches potential customers and development of business opportunities.
• Driving, leading and inspiring a team of Account Manager / Executives, developing talent, and implement business strategy.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives by identifying areas of improvement to meet business growth objectives.
• Ensure a high level of client engagement and retention through fostering a strong business relationship.
• Manages sales process and pipeline for all Business Development activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relative field.
• At least 5-year of experience of Business Development in Fashion / Sports industry with good analytical, commercial & financial skills and business sense.
• Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Display excellent presentation and communication skills with a particular ability to influence and negotiate agreements with multiple stakeholders
• Having good verbal and written communication skills in English.
