Mô tả Công việc

  • Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including financial and operational metrics.
  • Create high-impact presentations and memos for leadership meetings.
  • Support in business planning, budgeting, and tracking key initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting reports, board presentations, and submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Track and manage the execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Support in streamlining business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Manage high-level meetings, including agenda setting, minutes preparation, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely execution of strategic decisions by coordinating with relevant teams.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Trình độ Học vấn

Educational Qualifications

  •  University degree or higher in one of the followings: Banking, finance, business administration, investment, insurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or financial analysis within a banking/financial services organization.
  • Exposure to digital transformation and fintech-related initiatives is a plus.

2. Các Kinh nghiệm liên quan/ Relevant Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably in Executive offices, business planning, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience in creating high-quality presentations, reports, and business documents.

  • Knowledgeable about products and services for priority customers, elite customers (individuals), especially deposits, investment, insurance, credit cards, loans
  • Specialization in intensive report analysis.

  • Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business analytics tools.
  • Job management, sales support management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
