1 - Job Description:
Improve Salary & Benefit system
• Update/monitor/implement changes in policies and regulations under Vietnam labor code
• Establish payroll scales and payroll for employees in the company
• Develop and continuously improve the salary, welfare, and bonus policies for employees
• Monitor/implement of benefits, timesheet, and payroll regimes, termination of employees
• Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
• Support HR manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
• Assist HR Manager in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
Employee Relation
• Make yearly dialogue schedule and corporate with TU to organize dialogue meeting
• Receive employee feedback and make improvement plan
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Management
