What You Will Do
- Follow and receive SI, VGM from shipper
- Make HBL, MBL
- Make AN for import shipment
- Send Pre-alert to agent. Keep tracking vessel status & updating to customer/agent.
- Follow shipment until cnee received cargo.
- Check and input cost/sell to the systems, complete file and transfer to Account Dept
- Create and update SOP for each customer.
- Handle daily complaints & problems
- Report problems to Supervisor
- Other tasks assigned by management.
What You Are Good At
- College / University (Foreign Trade)
- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good English skills
- 1 years experienced in freight forwarding.New graduates are accepted
- Good knowledge of freight forwarding & Logistics Field is preferable
