Mô tả Công việc

Trade MKT is a vital part of Marketing & Sales operation. And Trade Operation team is responsible for the trading activities, trading systems, and trading service support to internal clients in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Some key focus areas for this role are ensuring excellence in service levels provided to internal teams, continuous process improvement, change management, relationship building, and problem resolution.

The Trade Operation Executive will be administratively reporting to the Trade Operation Team leader.

1. Roles

1.1. The Trade Operation Executive executes all related cross-function tasks for Commercial operation.

1.2. Basic MKT knowledge & mindset to build & lead POSM War-chest/ Material catalogue.

1.3. Use creative thinking, technology, sound judgement, analytical, and problem-solving skills/knowledge to resolve issues escalated by trading associates or internal stakeholders.

1.4. Ensure consistently high levels of service to internal clients, stakeholders and key vendors that includes ongoing monitoring of service and measurement of items like business result, tracking tasks, phone calls, and email responses.

1.5. Compiles and maintains all data and information regarding purchases. Prepare purchase orders and keep track of incoming and outgoing orders.

1.6. Negotiates with vendors to get smart order, better delivery schedule and to ensure delivery.

1.7. Work closely with finance and the procurement of the company in all purchase order terms and conditions.

1.8. Maintain detailed action lists for Trade activities/ purchases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure they are completed on time and within approved proposal.

1.9. Detail and diversified of reports regarding Trade activities/ purchases.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Education & Training

    2.1. University Graduate preferably with Economics, Foreign Trade.

    2.2. Prior experience of working in Trade operation/ COM procurement function within the automotive or manufacturing environment with a comprehensive knowledge of commercial processes and procedures.

    2.3. Ability to analyze and manipulate technical and complex data and provide meaningful information.

    2.4. Must have a high level of integrity, reliable, and trustworthy.

    2.5. Energetic and ensures that deadlines or delivery dates are followed.

    2.6. Highly skilled communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.

    2.7. Should have great communication skills, both orally and in writing.

    2.8. Should possess good management skills, as may oversee a team of people.

    2.9. Fluency in English is a must.
