Manage and oversee full accounting operations for 2–3 legal entities, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and regulations.
Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing; prepare financial statements and management reports for the Board.
Review and submit tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT); act as the main contact with tax authorities, auditors, and banks.
Manage group cashflow, monitor payments, control costs, and prepare cashflow forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis (budget vs. actual, cost control, performance analysis) and provide recommendations to management.
Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Lead, train, and develop a team of 2–3 accounting staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Support company closure procedures (if any) and perform other assigned tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
5-7 years of experience in Senior Accountant
Good command of English (working proficiency).
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
High integrity, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
Strong knowledge of VAS, tax regulations, and compliance.
Experience in multi-entity / group accounting is highly preferred.
