JOB SUMMARY
Safeguard personnel, physical assets, and manufacturing infrastructure by implementing security protocols and ensuring a secured, safe, compliant work environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Monitor and control entry/exit points for employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles; manage access control procedures.

• Design and supervise guard layouts, patrol checkpoints, and CCTV coverage to optimize site security.

• Conduct regular premises patrols to detect and deter unauthorized activities; respond to suspicious behavior or security breaches.

• Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies; document, investigate, and report incidents accurately and timely.

• Train, supervise, and assess the performance of site security personnel.

• Prevent theft, vandalism, and sabotage of factory equipment, materials, and products; support inventory protection and loss-prevention initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all security operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, security, and internal working regulations; maintain detailed logs/ digital platform, reports, and records of security activities.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed; collaborate with all departments to support security, safety and compliance.

• Assess security risks and vulnerabilities; recommend and implement preventive measures; regularly inspect security equipment and ensure proper functioning.

• Manage performance and oversight of outsourced security vendors at factory sites.
• Contribute to business continuity planning and incident response for security-related scenarios.

• Other tasks assigned by upper management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education
Bachelor (or above) of security, law, safety or other related background
Experience
Above 3 years (prefer at multinational enterprises)
Knowledge
Vietnamese security laws, systems, and methods.

Incident investigations.

Risk assessment & mitigation.

Relevant security certifications.
Functional Skills
Experience with security management software and incident reporting tools Intermediate level of English.

Strong time management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
Other Abilities
Shift work may be required incase of sudden change to align with operation. Good at MS office. Presentation, training skill.
