Client Excellence Trainee (Project Coordination)

ACTUAL THINGS YOU’LL DO

• Project coordination & execution: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of innovation projects and programs, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with project objectives.

• Program & stakeholder management: Assist in coordinating innovation-related initiatives, including startup scouting, accelerator programs, corporate innovation projects, and ecosystem engagement activities. Work closely with internal teams, clients, experts, startups, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.

• Project monitoring & documentation: Maintain project plans, schedules, databases, reports, and related documentation. Ensure project information is accurately tracked, updated, and properly archived in accordance with company standards.

• Communication & administrative support: Support project communications, meeting coordination, preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other administrative tasks required for effective project delivery.
