· Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage packaging material suppliers. Establish long-term partnerships to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply stability.

· Cost & Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate supply risks.

· Market & Risk Analysis: Monitor global market trends, raw material costs, and supply chain risks to develop procurement strategies.

· Quality & Compliance: Ensure packaging suppliers meet industry standards, sustainability requirements, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, FSC, RoHS).

· Inventory & Supply Chain Optimization: Work closely with production, logistics, and engineering teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.

· Sustainability & Innovation: Drive sustainability initiatives, explore eco-friendly and recyclable packaging solutions, and support product development with innovative packaging designs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·       Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

·       3-7 years of experience in procurement or commodity management, specifically in packaging materials.

·       Strong knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability trends.

·       Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and cost analysis.

·       Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, and procurement tools.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
