Mô tả Công việc

Doing price comparison between dynamic rate & static rate

  • Search Hotel’s/overnight cruise’s rate in OTA
  • Make a comparison between Hotel’s/Overnight cruise’s rate in OTA & company’s static contract rate
  • Make a comparison chart

Administration duties

  • Follow up the contract with suppliers and do the contract submission
  • Update supplier’s contact list, credit list & allotment list

Report to Contracting Team leader/ Contracting Manager

  • Assist the Contracting Team Leader in developing & implement a Contracting plan and creating a priority list
  • Report about doing the comparison between Hotel’s / Overnight cruise’s rate in OTA & company’s static contract rate ( weekly/monthly )
  • Report working progress to the Contracting Team Leader

Coordinate with revelant team/members

  • Coordinate with the Product Department to ensure products and services are offered with appropriate and competitive terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department on advertisement barter agreements with suppliers, factsheets and a travelife certificate from the Green team
  • Coordinate with other teams of the Easia travel

Other administration supporting duties:

  • Schedule and participate in meeting with Database, Sales, RSVN and other related departments
  • Carry out admin duties, documents & records control including the management of Contracting reports, documents on contracts, credit, allotment, etc.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Competency

  • Fluent in English language
  • Having experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Have a solid knowledge of the tourism field, including hotel and tourism management
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active and decisive

2. Education

  • University: Bachelors in Economy, Trade, Administration or other related majors
