You will also act as the Member of Pre-shipment Inspection Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support the Inspection in managing the day-to-day including management Standard AQL 2859-1, relevant industries and products, ISO 9000 and national.
Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following with Customers for samples and test reports.
Handle day-to-day client enquiries (orders/bookings receipt & quotation) to ensure coordination activities are aligned with requirements according to Company and clients’ procedures
Be front line contact for all communications between Clients, Vendor/ Factory and other offices
Schedule inspections and arrange logistics
Issue Inspection Certificates
Prepare and review win-loss form and send to Accountant Dept for issuing invoice
Input and update data in Tracking System
File and retain all documents utilized during an inspection and control documents accordingly in hard and soft copies.
Follow up the customer’s Debt
Follow the other works assigned by Inspection Manager

Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years’ experience in coordinating office work.
Knowledge of consumer products, Standard AQL 2859-1 and relevant industries, ISO 9000 and national / international standards will be an added advantage
English communication with B level or equivalent
Result and service-oriented individual with initiative and good communication skills
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines advantageous
