- Managing sales teams and meeting sales objectives
- Make action plans of sales activities weekly/monthly
- Finding new potential clients and regularly to conduct sales meeting.
- Develop the markets, executing sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Negotiating contracts with clients and report to Senior Country Manager to finalize deals
- Provide sales training and technical products knowledge, to educate the sales teams
- Establishing new business, follow up and retain the existing clients
- Reviewing sales staffs performance and maintaining accurate records
- Meets sales target. Goals and objectives set by Company
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Strong knowledge of professional selling, at least 3 years’ experience at forklift fields
- Good managing skill
- Effective communication skill, good interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently, high teamwork and sense of responsibility
- Good ability in dealing with clients
- Performance orientated attitude
- Computer literate and can use Microsoft office
- Good communication in English
