Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team. This position acts as the key liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution.

- Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, lead times, deliveries, and product updates.

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, Logistics, and Shipping teams to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.

- Maintain accurate customer and order records in D365.

- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

- Support other tasks assigned by management.

• 1-2 years of experience or fresh graduates with good command of English are encouraged to apply
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good command of English (both written & spoken).
• Proficiency in MS Office and D365 systems.
